-Refund & Cancellation Policy-

All fees that Medical Cannabis Doctors D.B.A. MCD Clinics charge for our services are due immediately and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, there will be a $25 cancellation fee deduction from your payment to us. If you miss your appointment and do not notify us within 24 hours, there will be a $25 no-show no call fee. Medical Cannabis Doctors/MCD Clinics does not have to provide a refund for any fees you have paid, no matter what the case may be. The company reserves the right to refund the patient if we feel it is necessary. Refunds take 2-10 business days to reflect on your account. This refund policy applies at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your use of our services, including change of mind or change of heart, our decision to terminate your use of our services, disruptions caused to our site or services either planned, on accident, intentional, or any reason at all. Medical Cannabis Doctors or MCD Clinics reserves the right to determine the final prices of our services or products. The pricing information on our site may not reflect the final price. Our company may change the fees for our services, as we find necessary for our company. In most cases, if a patient or customer is denied a card, Medical Cannabis Doctors/MCD Clinics will provide a full refund. If the patient/customer failed to complete or comply with their obligations to the state of Illinois, it does not warrant a refund.
